Individual Therapy

You’re a mom who’s determined to do things differently. You’ve set out to break the unhealthy cycles you grew up with because you want more for yourself and your kids. But despite your best efforts, something keeps getting in the way.

The strong emotions and overwhelming sensations in your mind and body take over, leaving you stuck in the same reactive patterns you swore you’d never repeat. And when the dust settles, the guilt and shame feel unbearable.

You are not failing, you are human.

Healing from your past while navigating motherhood is complex and challenging. It’s not about trying harder or being perfect. It’s about giving yourself the support you deserve to heal, grow, and show up in the ways you’ve always imagined.

Together, we’ll create space for you to reconnect with yourself, heal old wounds, and uncover the version of you that’s always been waiting underneath.

Because healing is the ultimate act of love for you,

and your little ones..

Are you ready to break the cycle and step into the life you’re truly wanting for yourself?

What is NARM?

NARM, or the NeuroAffective Relational Model, is a cutting-edge approach to healing complex trauma. It focuses on how early life experiences and relational patterns influence our present-day emotions, behaviors, and sense of self. Unlike traditional therapy methods, NARM emphasizes connection—to oneself and to others—while helping individuals identify and release patterns of shame, disconnection, and self-judgment.

This approach is deeply compassionate and non-pathologizing, supporting clients in understanding how unresolved trauma may be impacting their current challenges. It is both cognitive and somatic allowing for deeper healing.Through a balance of mindfulness, relational awareness, and exploration of inner resources, NARM fosters resilience, self-compassion, and deeper connection with oneself and others.

Investment

Individual therapy sessions are $200 per session and can be billed as an out-of-network service. While I am not in-network with insurance, I partner with a free service called Thrizer to make out-of-network therapy more affordable and convenient. Thrizer handles the billing process for you, filing claims directly with your insurance and ensures you receive reimbursement as quickly as possible. No more superbills and trying to figure out where and how to submit them.

Curious about how Thrizer works or whether your insurance plan offers reimbursement for therapy? Feel free to reach out, and I’d be happy to help guide you through the process. Your healing journey is worth it!

Individual Coaching

NARM-informed coaching is a powerful, transformative approach for moms committed to breaking generational cycles and parenting with greater intention and connection. While rooted in the principles of the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), coaching differs from therapy in several ways:

  • Future-Focused: Coaching emphasizes personal growth and actionable steps toward your goals, rather than diving deeply into past trauma or clinical concerns.

  • Goal-Oriented: Together, we’ll focus on strategies for building emotional resilience, fostering self-awareness, and cultivating a parenting approach aligned with your values.

  • Non-Clinical Support: Unlike therapy, coaching is not designed to diagnose or treat mental health conditions, making it ideal for moms seeking support outside a clinical framework.

Coaching sessions create a safe, compassionate space to explore how old patterns might be impacting your parenting, work through challenges with greater clarity, and learn tools to show up authentically for yourself and your children

Investment

Coaching sessions are $175 per session. Please note that coaching is not a clinical or health service, so it cannot be billed to insurance or reimbursed as an out-of-network expense.

Coaching is designed to provide guidance, tools, and support to help you achieve your personal growth and parenting goals. If you have any questions about whether coaching is the right fit for you, feel free to reach out for more information!
